By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the 456bf platform available at https://456bf.io (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 456bf reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not comply with these Terms or whose use of the Platform is determined, at 456bf's sole discretion, to be harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law.

To access the full range of 456bf services, you must complete the registration process via the 456bf Login page and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account. 456bf is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

456bf may, at its discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456bf Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

456bf strongly recommends that all players enable two-step verification (2SV) immediately after completing the registration process. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements. 5.3 Verification Hold. 456bf reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 456bf intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 456bf Platform without the prior written consent of 456bf. Unauthorised use of 456bf intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456bf shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

456bf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 456bf's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 456bf account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 456bf's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

456bf is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

12.1 Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your 456bf account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 456bf will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance (less any bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts subject to ongoing investigations may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

12.3 Effect of Termination.
